At the heart of the 32 editions of semi truck races event 24 Heures Camions 2016 at Le Mans racing circuit Bugatti, the ninth and final round of the FIA European Truck Racing Championship 2016 would decide the champion title. This is the German driver Jochen Hahn from MAN truck racing Team Reinert Adventure, who was the main candidate to win the championship. Third, in the discipline in 2015, he made sure obtain the Champion title 2016 by winning the first four races against defending champion the Hungarian truck racer Norbert Kiss from Mercedes-Benz team. Jochen Hahn was also ahead of the Czech driver Adam Lacko from Buggyra Racing 1969 team on an American Freightliner Truck, who was his closest rival in the championship standings.
The great spectacle, emotion, and drama all of this were present at 32nd edition of the 24 Heures Camions (24 Hours Trucks) on Le Mans racing track circuit Bugatti at weekend 8 and 9 October 2016. This big truck racing event has, therefore, ended with a great success, having collected more than 55,000 visitors in two days. Spectators assembled around the pit lane on main tribunes attended a wonderful two days at biggest European trucking show. Over 200 plenty decorated and tuned trucks, historic trucks exhibition, drift and drag racing show, a concert in the village and fireworks completed a sporting spectacle of the highest level.
